"Great artwork, however I was disappointed with initiating this particular gift. Ive used this site a number of times in the past, but this recent attempt I was not contacted when my image was not properly uploaded. I thought the gift was in the works, however my credit card was charged and nothing was being done. I finally contacted customer service only to be told this project had not even been initiated due to lack of picture. Big delay in getting this gift. "
