"The entire procedure was fairly easy to do with the exception of uploading the picture but, I think you are aware of the problem. The availability to describe to you any changes or omissions from the original picture was invaluable. Your artist followed my instructions exactly. Suggestion: you should email the customer during the process as opposed to the customer having to login to your site to see the progress. Otherwise, it has been a good experience dealing with you and I appreciate it. Since this is not my personal house, I cannot approve your use of the thumbnail of the artwork."
