"I was very pleased with the process and the artists abilities. My mistake was in my false expectations. I should not have requested a painting of two people that I know very well. Its hard to see an artists rendition on people because they are almost unrecognizable. But I love the idea of this service and I will definitely use it again (with non-human subjects)."
